I built Clairville Therapy Group because I know how vital it is to feel truly seen and understood—especially when life feels overwhelming. For nearly 20 years, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate loss, anxiety, relationship challenges, and self-doubt. My approach is rooted in an attachment-based and psychodynamic framework, integrating evidence-based techniques like CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to foster resilience and healing.
