My Story

I built Clairville Therapy Group because I know how vital it is to feel truly seen and understood—especially when life feels overwhelming. It takes courage to step into vulnerability, to explore your inner world, and to seek healing. In the chaos, it’s easy to feel lost, but healing begins in a space where you can share your truth freely, without fear of judgment.


That’s why I’ve brought together a team of compassionate therapists who share this belief—a team dedicated to offering the support you need to navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, a difficult life transition, or relationship struggles, we’re here to walk alongside you.


For nearly 20 years, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate loss, anxiety, relationship challenges, and self-doubt. My approach is rooted in an attachment-based and psychodynamic framework, integrating evidence-based techniques like CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to foster resilience and healing.
