Clairville Therapy Group provides compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy for teens, adults, couples, and families across Ontario. Our Registered Psychotherapists support individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, grief and loss, trauma, low self-esteem, anger, and difficulties with emotional regulation.
We work with a wide range of populations, including women, new and expecting parents, couples navigating relationship or parenting challenges, adult family members, and individuals facing major life transitions such as separation, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, perimenopause, career changes, and caregiving stress.
Our therapeutic approach is client-centred and integrative, drawing from attachment-based therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care. Treatment focuses on improving insight, emotional resilience, communication, boundaries, and relationship patterns.
