Registered Psychotherapist and Founder of Clairville Therapy
Meet Yolanda Testani, Registered Psychotherapist RP
I know reaching out for therapy isn't always easy. You don't need to worry about knowing what to say, that's my job. Together, we'll make sense of what's happening and find a way forward.
Through Clairville Therapy Group, I also train and work alongside a trusted team of RP's so we can support you.
You don't have to figure it out alone.
Many people reach out when life starts feeling heavier than it used to.
You might be:
- feeling overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted
- anxious, stuck, or overthinking
- struggling in your relationship
- navigating grief, burnout, or a major life change
- simply wanting things to feel different
You don't need to have the right words—that's my job. We'll start wherever you are, at a pace that feels comfortable, and work together toward meaningful change.
