With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in anxiety, women, couples and adult families.
I provide virtual therapy across Ontario for women, couples, individuals, and adult families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, parenting stress, and life transitions.
Many clients come to therapy feeling exhausted, disconnected, stuck in repeated patterns, or struggling to balance the emotional demands of relationships, work, parenting, and everyday life. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you can slow things down, feel understood, and begin reconnecting with yourself and the people around you.
I’ve been working in the mental health field for nearly 20 years. I began my career supporting children through Art Therapy and over time transitioned into working primarily with adults, couples, women, and families.\
Much of my work focuses on helping couples improve communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. I also work closely with women experiencing anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, motherhood transitions, self-esteem challenges, and emotional overwhelm.
Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, collaborative, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy should feel human, supportive, and emotionally safe not clinical or judgmental. While also being bold and sayin it as it is.
My approach combines practical coping tools with deeper emotional insight. Together, we explore not only what is happening in the present, but also the patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be shaping how you feel today.

In addition to client work, I also provide clinical supervision for master-level students and RP (Qualifying) therapists across Ontario.
Outside of therapy, I’m a mom to twin teens and our fur babies , all boys. I value creativity, mindfulness, authenticity, and finding balance between work, relationships, and personal well-being. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors with my family, reading, listening to music, or enjoying anything sci-fi.
I work with adults, couples, adult families and women on a wide range of mental health and life concerns, including:
