I began my career almost 20 years ago working with children, primarily using Art Therapy. Today, I work with adults, couples, and families.
In addition, I supervise master-level students training to become therapists in Ontario, supporting their growth and development in the field.
I’m also a mom to twin teens and our fur babies—all boys!
When I’m not working with clients, I spend time at home with my husband, teens and our fur babies, enjoying walks, exploring parks, and soaking up the outdoors. I’ve always loved the arts—music, literature, films, and find joy in creative expression whenever I can. I’m a lifelong learner and enjoy reading both fiction and non-fiction, though I have a soft spot for anything sci-fi.
Lately, I feel most fulfilled when I can balance my work, family, and personal time in a way that supports my well-being. My focus is on cultivating mindfulness, self-compassion, and authenticity in both my life and my work. I’m passionate about helping clients do the same, creating space to explore thoughts, emotions, and relationships in a meaningful and practical way.
